Self-Assessment

My nearly 3-month internship (from April 17, 2026, to July 12, 2026) at Amazon Web Services Vietnam Company Limited has been an incredibly valuable experience. It gave me a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and challenge myself as a Tech Lead and Software Developer for the Rookwork collaboration platform.

By directly designing the system architecture and writing application code, I not only significantly improved my programming logic, teamwork, and problem-solving skills but also built a solid foundation of practical knowledge regarding AWS services and modern DevOps workflows.

To objectively evaluate my performance and personal growth, I assess myself based on the following criteria:

Self-Reflection & Development Areas

While the results were generally positive, I recognize a few areas where I can continue to grow and refine my skills:

  • Improving personal discipline: Managing time more effectively and staying strictly focused on the team’s milestones and schedules.
  • Technical leadership: Being more proactive in coordinating tasks and guiding team members through complex technical roadblocks.
  • Advanced DevOps practices: Exploring more complex CI/CD automation pipelines and finding more efficient ways to optimize cloud resources.
